This kit consists of a bi-directional thermostat and a telephone responder. The thermostat functions both as a standard thermostat and a processor of remote control commands to set specific temperature set points, and modes, for the heating ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) system. The leading-edge two part design of the thermostat consists of a Wall Display Unit and the HVAC Control Unit. To install, mount the HVAC control box near your HVAC system and replace your existing four wire (or more) thermostat with the RCS Thermostat.
