This 12” turbine roof ventilator exhausts attic air automatically without using electricity. A slight breeze will rotate the turbine without electricity and will exhaust the air automatically. This slight breeze operates the ventilator by creating an upward draft which draws air out of the attic and increases over-all comfort in the home. Removes hot and humid air from the attic without any operating cost. Effective attic ventilation at 5 mph wind. Includes adjustable base from 1/2 through 6/12 pitch. Easily installed.
